1. Lease Agreement

By applying for a lease through BorroBridge, you agree to enter into a lease-to-own agreement. You are leasing, not purchasing, the item until all payments are completed or an early buyout is made. Title to the leased item remains with BorroBridge until the lease is fully satisfied.

2. Payment Terms

Weekly payments are automatically deducted from your provided bank account. Payments are due every 7 days from your lease start date. A 5-day grace period applies before a $10 late fee is charged. After 2 consecutive missed payments, BorroBridge reserves the right to retrieve the leased item.

3. Eligibility

Applicants must be: (a) 18 years of age or older, (b) A US resident, (c) Able to provide valid government-issued ID, (d) Have a regular source of income of at least $500/month, (e) Have an active checking account.

4. Early Purchase Option

At any time during your lease, you may exercise the Early Purchase Option by paying the remaining buyout balance shown in your account dashboard. Upon completion of the buyout payment, title transfers to you immediately.

5. Return Policy

You may return the leased item at any time. You remain responsible only for payments during the time you held the item. Contact us to arrange a prepaid return shipment. Items must be returned in reasonable condition.

6. Protection Plan

The optional Protection Plan ($3.99/week) covers: accidental damage and theft. It does not cover: intentional damage, loss, normal wear and tear, or liquid damage beyond a single incident. Claims must be filed within 7 days of the incident.

7. Limitation of Liability

BorroBridge's total liability to you shall not exceed the total payments you have made under your lease agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
